Because all the more characteristic ones are B and above. It almost feels like all genins are using the same type of techniques, none which stands out from the rest. Hence, I wanna sudgest that as jonins are allowed to learn 2 S-rank techniques, why not allow chuunins to learn 2 A-rank and genins to learn 2 B-rank jutsus? These 2 B rank jutsus would be the same as 2 S-rank jutsus for a jonin, meaning, very chakra demanding. I sudgest every month a character ages 1 year. Nothing new has to be done to the application templates. You will just need to check when the application topic was created and how long it has been since then. Also require that the last name of the character of the application must come first. THen we would have an alphabetic order on lastnames. Which will make it a lot easier to find specifik profils in that big sized folder.
