Kekei Genkai: Chirikon: The chividary clans Kekkei Genkai is very powerfull yet its main trait is stealth the user projects his life energy into dust particles thus the name Chirikon the user can then dissapate his new dust formed body and appear behind his opponent and solidify before attacking, dissapating and repeating the user can also create multiple bodys out of dust some that will look nothing like the user.

Chirikon Stage 1: The users dust soul at stage 1 is not very effective the dust needs to solidify into a body to move at a decent speed and the dust can only form 1 body. Requirements: any chividary members may use it at this level.

Chirikon Stage 2: Stage 2 is much better than stage 1 it can form 3 bodies and the un-solidified dust moves a fair bit faster. on top of this the dust can form into a wider variety of shapes. Requirements: needs to be able to focus and calm. down needs to spend at least 3 hours in stage 1

Chirikon Stage 3: Stage 3 is a massive improvement from stage 2 the un-solidified dust moves at a running speed and can form into almost any shape and can form up to 10 bodies. Requirements: 5 hours in stage 2.

Kyougeki Chirikon: The Kyougeki Chirikon is the final stage and hardly anyone has ever achieved it the un-solidified dust moves at a blinding speed, can form limitless bodies that can turn into any shape and gives the user an immense amount of chakra this dust soul is also constant and the dust is invisible many of the chividary's s rank moves relies on this form. Requirements: 10 hours in stage 3 also the ability to achieve perfect focus a state were the user puts all emotions out of his mind and only think about the objective at hand without any regard for moral.

The origin of the Chividary clan started 700 years ago with the original founder kenta who upon reaching jounin began to attempt to master dust jutsus by combining the elements wind and earth he soon became legendary in his experience of controlling dust and decided to create a kekkei genkai out of it so he began to study the yamanaka clan grasping at every bit of information on their kekkei genkai soon he understood the basic mechanics he then refined it customized it and altered it until it allowed his mind and soul to enter dust afterwards he began to change more things until he was able to move see feel and hear while using it he continued to train developing stages of it when he became a father he was delighted to find that his son kazuya at the age of ten was able to use it meaning that it was now officially a kekkei genkai kenta continued to train his son until they both reached stage 3 and kazuya soon passed kenta in power as he learned that the secret to mastering the chirikon was focus eventually kenta was killed while trying to research the main flaw in chirikon the fact that using it leaves your body defenseless he tried to leave a part of his soul in his main body the result was his soul spliting killing him instantly kazuya soon followed in his fathers footsteps researching the chirikon and developing a bulk of dust jutsus until the chividary clan lost him to but by then the chividary clan had grown large and was finally recognized as a clan.



GOLDEN AGE
The chividary clans golden age began about 400 years ago with the discovery of the kyougeki chirikon the final form of the chirikon by then the chividary clan had a wealth of jutsus and was well known as one of the top clans the clan was thriving and the majority of the members had settled in konoha the chirikon was prized among konoha for its spying potential the clan had come into many conflicts with the opposing yuta clan all of which were won by the chividary the chividary clan had also attracted a lot of attention and plenty wanted them gone yet the chividary clan survived many years and prospered slowly becoming more powerful.

Today the chividary clan is little the yuta has assassinated almost all of them.

Pre academy:
Yasuo is a child born to the chividary clan, a clan that has a mastery of dust his usually calm personality has earned him respect among his clan members. Yasuo's father and mother was killed by the yuta clan attack, leaving him and his brother to fend for themselves. and has held a grudge ever since. When he was 10 Yasuo found a young puupy in a sewer which he helped out and decided to be its caretaker he named the puppy terry and the 2 soon bonded. Yasuo and his brother are currently on the hunt for more survivers of the Chividary clan.

Academy student:
When yasuo was in the academy he was bulied severly though he used his intellect to play tricks on the bullies and managed to avoid them they eventually got exausted and stopped. When yasuo graduated with his brother he became a member of team 19.

Gennin:
Yasuo and his brother were valued members of team 19 and completed several missions on one occasion they got lost deep in a forest as they searched for the village orochimaru jumped out from a tree and began to battle their sensei he put up a brave fight but orochimaru slaughtered him quickly and advanced on Yasuo and his brother then he put a curse mark on them

Yasuo looked around at the location it was empty in the middle of no where perfect training grounds for the probably the most devastating jutsu he would ever learn he remembered the first time he read about it in a small dusty corner of a scroll house yasuo had picked it up and read it and was shocked to discover an amazingly powerful technique and now it was time to learn it yasuo remembered what to do first he would have to fire fireballs into the air to create a storm yasuo looked up, performed the necessary hand seals and launched several balls of fire into the air after 10 seconds clouds began to accumulate into a small thunder storm yasuo knew now was the time he crouched down, formed several hand seals and grasped his right wrist with his left hand and watched as blue lightning began to run from finger to finger forming into a ball of blue lightning suddenly yasuo thrusted the chidori into the air and watched as tiny bolt of lightning burned an arm off the straw training dummy he had set up yasuo sighed he already was thinking about what he had done wrong he had probably made a storm that was not big enough he could fix that by using shadow clones to assist him the chidori though he did not see anything wrong with it he looked at the book suddenly it hit him the user had a special affinity for lightning his chidori would be more powerful then yasuos he could fix this with another shadow clone but doing it with the extra shadow clones would be mentally and physically draining and using it more than once a week would probably force his curse mark to activate. but at least he could use it on a daily basis well time to start practicing thought yasuo.

Yasuo started practicing the storm making by forming several shadow clones they all formed the hand signs and then fired their fire balls all at once but suddenly they flickered out what! Thought yasuo how is that possible? He began thinking searching for an answer then he knew there must have been so many that it burned all the oxygen in that area for a short amount of time he immediately game up with a plan the shadow clones formed the hand signs but this time they launched the fireballs one at a time yasuo watched and waited then he saw the storm accumulating but it was still not large enough “DARN!” shouted yasuo as he kicked a rock suddenly the shadow clones dissipated yasuo was using to much charka yasuo laid down and thought about it suddenly it came to him using a beam of fire that was it! He got up and formed several shadow clones they formed the hand signs and fired beams of fire into the air he watched as they continued to breath he was beginning to strain himself suddenly he collapsed from exhaustion the shadow clones once again exploded into smoke yasuo laid down on the ground this was getting frustrating but suddenly he saw that more storm clouds were accumulating “come on” said yasuo “work” the storm was becoming massive “alright!” said yasuo “ive done it!” suddenly lightning struck the ground right next to yasuo “WOA!” yasuo turned over and got up running lightning striking behind him yasuo formed several hand seals and then ducked as dust went over him forming a protective sphere then yasuo waited until the storm died down by the time he got out he had fiqured that he used to much heat he would decrease that next time but now he had to learn how to control it.

The next day yasuo was back this time prepared he had the training dummies and his charka had recovered when yasuo went home after the previous day he discovered via a test that he used every day after he used charka that he had used so much charka that another jutsu would force his cursed seal out he was glad he stopped when he did alright thought yasuo ive only got one shot at this so I better practice he formed a shadow clone and then grasped his wrist his hand erupted into a ball of lightning as he watched the shadow clone did as well they aimed at one of the training dummies they both ran and hit the training dummies at the same time the training dummy, no longer existed “ha” looks like were ready said yasuo he formed more shadow clone formed hand signs and then fired beams of fire into the air he waited as the storm formed then started his chidori he looked down as his hand then looked to the shadow clone then they thrusted their hands into the air while shouting “Chidori!” suddenly an enormous beam of lightning hit the ground but not where yasuo intended it hit the ground half way between him and the dummy “what!?” said yasuo “dam!” what did he do wrong he had used all his charka yasuo sighed and went home he would get it next time he just knew it. The next day yasuo returned again he already knew what he did wrong they where separate chidoris there wasn’t enough focus because they where inbalanced but yasuo knew a way to fix that once again he formed that shadow clones made the storm and formed the chidori but this time yasuo and the clone combined them and then raised them to the sky this time it hit with perfect size, perfect accuracy, and perfect strength, Yasuo had finally pulled it off he had achieved kirin and he was very, very happy he packed up and went home all the while thinking of how he could put it into a combo.

I have been here for a long time and I know the culture and the rules. I know all the written rules and I'm quite sure that I also know all the unwritten ones. There are many unwritten since the admins were too lazy to bother to write them down. So don't worry about that I wouldn't be qualified to judge the application to this site.

The descriptions of the Dust Bindings are not accepted. There must be, rather, a description of how the dust is binding the opponent. It being a dust hurricane doesn't explain that. Also we don't oount posts, so no need to add the binding duration. You can bind an opponent to an unlimited amount of time. But you must remember to have reasonable amount of chakra.

Yes, it looks good but I still can't understand how a dust vortex can immobolize someone.

Pretty simpile the high swirling winds create a suction force that drags the target to the center and keeps them there kinda like a vaccume
